So I’ve done a test transaction for bitcoin. It generates a new address for bitcoin with my public key I assume?
The payment is completed and I see the transaction on my atlos dashboard.
But where does the money end up? It doesn’t show up on the BTC address I’ve given up in wallets, nor is it sent anywhere from what I see.
If you provided an xpub for Bitcoin, we generate a new address for your transactions. The payment should still go to your bitcoin wallet you generated the xpub from. If you did not receive the Bitcoin, please provide a transaction hash so we can investigate.
Do you guys have Discord or Telegram where I can privately message you?
Seems that also all ETH payments aren’t going to my wallet.
Whenever I make an order, it provides me with an ETH address that’s not even mine. And IF I pay to that address, the money doesn’t end up with me but at multiple addresses that deposit to Bybit
