ATLOS worked together with Monero Project to implement a new way of detecting payments on Monero (XMR) blockchain.
Unlike other blockchains, Monero payments made to a specific wallet address are not publicly visible to someone who only knows that wallet address. A secret view key is also required to be able to detect payments made to that address. The secret view key only allows viewing the wallet, but not spending funds from it.
Note that a Monero wallet has two different view keys, the secret view key and the public view key. The secret view key, not the public view key, is required to detect transactions.
Please access Wallet Addresses in the Merchant Panel to update your Monero wallet address with the secret view key.
