How do you get commission?

Hey,

First of all, amazing service! Straight to the point, good documentation, easy and fast to use.
However, so I started implementing Atlos in my project a few days ago, currently been doing plenty of test transactions.
But one thing that caught my eyes: the address the customer sees… is the same address as my actual wallet. So when the customer sends money, it in fact sends it directly to me.

Yet on the dashboard I see “commission”, but zero commission has been taken off it. Nor can you take commission with the xpub key.

My commission balance is negative.

What’s going on? Do I need to top up the balance to pay you commission, instead of you automatically taking it?

Ah nevermind. I see. I’m supposed to top-up balance to pay commission.
I’m topping up 10 bucks right now.

But what happens if that 10 bucks is ised up and I forget to top up after my balance went into the negative?

Don’t worry about the balance becoming negative. You can either pay with the ATLOS token (can give you a discount) as you mentioned before, or just ignore it. Once your balance is greater in magnitude than the amount on a specific payment you receive, we will have the user pay the full amount to us, and your balance will increase.
