How do I get my money into my personal wallet, because I have made 2 trial payments, and in both trial payments, I did not see my money in my wallet. Can you explain or tell me how I can get my money.

Welcome to the forum. This is how it usually works. You should just receive funds into your wallet. We would need to get some more information to look into this and see why it didn’t work. Could you send your transaction hash and the wallet address you were expecting to receive the payment at to out support email?

I received your email and sent you a detailed answer. Basically, both of these transactions were sent to the addresses derived from your bitcoin public keys (you used two different ones).
Note that we use the m/84’/0’/0’ (P2WPKH) address derivation scheme, which is used by most modern wallets, like Electrum.
If you did not receive the transfers, there can be two possible explanations. One is your wallet uses a different derivation scheme. To recover your funds you can use your seed phrase to restore your wallet in a different wallet app that uses the P2WPKH derivation scheme.
Also, sometimes, your wallet needs to be told to rescan the addresses to display funds that were sent to it’s addresses that were not yet derived by the wallet software.
