Bug Report and Support Response

Hello @atlos-support, I submitted a support request to you about 3 days ago from contact@lumeweb.com regarding a bug.

May I know why I have not yet received a response?

Additionally what is your response time expectations for support emails?

Your email server rejected our reply. Our usual reply time is within 24 hours. Here is our response: Please provide the Solana address you would like to set, your merchant id (found in settings), and if possible, a screenshot of the error.

That is really bizarre. Could you please forward that rejection to derrick@derrickhammer.com and if still an issue, pcfreak30@proton.me. I have not had any reports of MX issues.

Ok. We have sent the error message to pcfreak30@proton.me. derrick@derrickhammer.com rejected the email as well.
